Welcome to our Library!

We have most everything you could wish for, on a smaller scale than the public library, but won’t you please check us out.  We have books for the early readers (easy), for the tweens and teens (junior) and for the adult readers.  We have reference books, Bible Commentaries, biographies, nonfiction books that cover a multitude of subjects, and just entertaining fiction books.  There are over 2,500 books in the library.

We use the same system of filing our books as the public library does.  We have eliminated our card catalog, but have replaced it with a series of notebooks that are setting on the file cabinets in the library area.  You can search nonfiction books by subject, easy books by author and title, junior books by author and title, and adult fiction by author and title.  We’re working on updating our fiction book list to include subjects, but at the present time it is a work in progress.   

This is your library, so please feel free to suggest new books.  If there’s something you’d like to see, please leave us a note and your suggestion will be considered.  There are many best sellers currently available.

The library board would like to thank all who have donated either books or cash or remembered us via memorials in the past to allow us to increase our inventory of books for your pleasure.  We look forward to being of service to you.
